Led by Master Ankit, this workshop introduces you to a wide range of yoga poses and exercises that incorporate the wheel. The workshop is suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners looking to explore new possibilities to experienced yogis seeking to refine their practice.

During the workshop, you will:

  • Be guided through a series of warm-up exercises to prepare the body for wheel-related movements

  • Learn how to use the wheel to open up the chest, lengthen the spine, and release tension in the back and shoulders

  • Learn different techniques & exercises using the yoga wheel to deepen your practice 

  • Learn about the analysis of mechanics and asanas 

  • Learn how to improve balance and stability

  • Practice various asanas and variations with yoga wheel

Master Ankit will provide step-by-step instructions, demonstrations, and hands-on assistance to ensure proper alignment and safety.


By the end of the workshop, you will have expanded your repertoire of yoga poses, improved your flexibility and strength, and gained a deeper appreciation for the versatility of the yoga wheel. You will leave with newfound confidence, inspiration, and a set of skills to incorporate the yoga wheel into your personal practice beyond the workshop.
